To begin the booking process for your Walk & Behaviour Change sessions, please acknowledge and follow the steps below.

1. Download the Private Training Form

This form includes two sections to help us learn more about your dog and your availability:

• Section 1 – Client Profile: Information about your dog, their environment, and the behaviours you’re seeking support for.

• Section 2 – Availability: A short form to indicate all the days and times you could be available for an appointment.

2. Fill out all sections of the form

Make sure to mark all time slots you could be available in the Availability section. The more options you provide, the sooner we can offer you sessions.

3. Email your completed form

Once the form is complete, please email it to:

4. Proceed to payment

To confirm your booking, payment is required. Click the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button to go to the payment page.
