To begin the booking process for your Behaviour Consultation, please acknowledge and follow the steps below.

1. Download the Behaviour Consultation Form

This form includes two sections to help us learn more about your dog and your availability:

• Section 1 - Acknowledgements: Please read this section carefully. It includes important information about how we work, including a confirmation that you’ve read and agreed to our [Terms and Conditions]. All acknowledgements must be marked “Yes” to proceed.

• Section 2 – Client Profile: Information about your dog, their environment, and the behaviours you’re seeking support for.

• Section 3 – Availability: A short form to indicate all the days and times you could be available for an appointment.

2. Fill out all three sections of the form

Make sure to mark all time slots you could be available in the Availability section. The more options you provide, the sooner we can offer you an appointment.

3. Email your completed form

Once the form is complete, email it to:

4. Proceed to payment

To confirm your booking, payment is required. Click the button below to go to the payment page.
